Uninstalling Extensions

Section 1: Chrome extension uninstall

To remove Slickdeals from your Chrome browser, follow the simple instructions below:

Step 1: Click on vertical ellipsis icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Chrome Browser, then mouse over “More tools” and go to “Extensions”.

Step 2: From the list of Extensions, find the name of the extension and click on the “Remove” button to the right of “Details”

Step 3: Confirm removal of the extension by clicking “Remove” again in the confirmation dialog box on top right corner of your Chrome Browser.

Remove "Slickdeals: Automatic Coupons and Deals"

Step 4: Close your Chrome browser completely and reopen it. The extension should be removed from your Chrome browser.

Section 2: Firefox extension uninstall

To remove Slickdeals from your Firefox browser, follow the simple instructions below:

Step 1: Click on the three horizontal lines icon in the upper right-hand corner of your Firefox Browser and go to "Add-ons".

Step 2: From the list of Extensions, find the name of the extension and click on the horizontal ellipsis icon, then “Remove”

Step 3: Close your Firefox browser completely and reopen it. The extension should be removed from your Firefox browser.

Section 3: Microsoft Edge (Chromium based)

Step 1: In Edge’s address bar, enter edge://extensions and then press the Enter (PC) or Return (Mac) key to open Edge’s Extensions manager.

Step 2: Click Remove for an extension to uninstall it, or toggle its switch to turn off the extension without removing it.

Our extensions cannot work after they have been turned off or removed. We do not make extensions for Microsoft Edge (Legacy) or Internet Explorer (IE).
