There are different factors that can result in your transaction being marked as ineligible.
-Order did not have a valid offer at the time it was placed
-Only part of the order has shipped
-Items within the order were excluded from rewards as part of the terms of service for the merchant
-Order was either fully or partially cancelled or returned
-Data Slickdeals received from the merchant was inaccurate
In the event your transaction is marked as ineligible and you need to file a dispute, please contact our Loyalty Support team within 30 days of your purchase date and make sure to provide your order detail and any other supporting documentation.
