Currently, the time it takes for orders to show up in the Rewards Portal can vary. This is because we have to receive confirmation from the retailer that your order occurred, and it was attributed to Slickdeals. Order data can typically take between 2-10 days to be made visible within your account history.
In the event your order does not show within your account history after 10 days, please contact our Support team by submitting a ticket.
*Note: Support tickets must be received within 90 days of your original order date in order for us to file a dispute with the merchant. We will not be able to resolve this type of issue if it is beyond 90 days from the original order date.
