Currently, the time it takes for orders to show up in the Rewards Portal can vary. This is because we have to receive confirmation from the retailer that your order occurred, and it was attributed to Slickdeals. This generally happens once the order has shipped.
Sometimes, this can mean that we receive only part of your order while another piece is waiting to ship out. We'll receive the remainder of the information once the entire order ships

If it's been over a week since your order shipped and you still don't see it in the portal, Reach out and submit a support ticket so we can research and help resolve this for you.
