If you are missing reward points, please ensure you are reviewing the offer details when opting into an offer. Certain offers only award points based on categories and SKUs purchased. If you feel that the order you placed should have received reward points, please submit a support ticket and we can look into your offer/order details.
NOTE: orders take some time to get into the system as we need to receive confirmation from the retailer. This generally takes anywhere from a day to a couple weeks. Once you receive the initial pending order, it can take a while before your points will become available to redeem. This is because we wait for a confirmation from the retailer that the transaction can be paid out. We're working on speeding up these processes during our Beta tests.
